Entrance Permits	$150.00
Haul Route Permits	$100.00
House Moving Permits *	$50.00
Highway Permits **	$25.00 - $300.00

Utility Notification form-signed by all affected utilities
Surety or cash bond in the amount of $10,000
Certificate of general liability insurance in the minimum amount of $500,000 to the County when applying for a permit. Insurance shall include at least $25,000 bodily injury to one person and $50,000 bodily injury to any one accident and at least $100,000 property damage insurance. (Resolution #1999-44)
